English referee Howard Webb booked 13 players and had given 14 yellow cards in the World Cup finals
England’s shameful exit from world cup in South Africa must have affected Howard Webb, as he went on a rampage of booking player for no rhyme or reason. The English Premier League referee set a new all time record for booking in the world cup finals with 14 Yellow Cards and one sending off.
Webb showed the yellow card to a total of 13 players and out of which five were genuine ones.
The 38-year-old has been referring since 17 years but he looked like an amateur on the pitch in the World Cup finals in the match between Spain and the Netherlands. Howard Webb single handedly literally fcuked the flow of the game and was giving yellow cards for his personal record.
There is no doubt in anybody’s mind that FIFA will ‘never’ give Howard Webb another big match to referee in.
